Answer: We love neutrals—but we’re not afraid of color! We use a tasteful mix of textures, tones, and pops of color to make your home feel warm, stylish, and unforgettable.

2. When is the best time to schedule a home staging consultation?

Answer: Ideally, before your home is listed or photographed for MLS. The earlier we get involved, the more impact we can make in helping your home shine from day one.

2. How long does it take to stage a home?

Answer: We move fast! After your consultation and proposal approval, most staging projects are installed within several days. We know time is money when selling a home, so we keep things smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

4. What areas do you serve?

Answer: We proudly stage and style homes across Pensacola, Pace, Milton, and throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties in Northwest Florida. We’ve also had the pleasure of working with clients in Okaloosa County—while it's a bit outside our standard service area, we're happy to help! Just note that a small distance fee may apply to cover travel and logistics.

5. What are the steps for having my vacant home staged?

Answer: It’s simple and stress-free! First, we preview the property and take photos and measurements. Then, you’ll receive a proposal with three tailored staging packages to choose from—each at different price points. Once you select a package, we send over a contract and invoice. After we receive your deposit and signed agreement, your home is added to our calendar and we get to work designing a customized, show-stopping stage just for your space!

6. Can I have photos taken the same day as the vacant stage?

Answer: Absolutely! We love keeping things efficient. You're welcome to schedule your MLS photos for any time after 3 PM on staging day—your home will be camera-ready and looking its best!
