Rachel Heinrich is the owner and founder of Beautiful Spaces Staging and Design based in Pensacola, Florida. Her company offers a full range of home staging services from consultations, occupied stages, and vacant stages to vacation rental furnishing and styling services. She works mostly in the Pensacola, Pace, and Milton, Florida areas.

Rachel received her Expert Psychological Stager (EPS) certification in 2019, and her Vacation Rental Design Expert certification in 2023. She is also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).
